Hydronephrosis + 6 mm V-U junction Calculus & Obstruction

         Vesicoureteric junction obstruction (VUJO) refers to a restriction to urine flow, where the ureter (drainage tube from the kidney) meets the bladder.

        Here, the Calculus was obstructing the passage of urine to bladder resulting in hydronephrosis, burning & radiating pain, hematuria, heaviness of abdomen and bloating. Continue on & off pain was present from past 2-3 months. The Calculus got removed in 1 week time.

Fatty Liver Disease/PCOD /Hyperlipidemia

        As master Hahnemann had mentioned in his writings THE CHRONIC DISEASE, that treatment of chronic disease needs utmost patience, care, keen observation and regular analysis/ evaluation of the case from time to time in each follow up with added proper diet & regime, only then recovery/ complete restoration of health becomes possible.
        Here, it was the case of 34 year female with Fatty Liver Disease, PCOD AND HYPERLIPIDEMIA. Xanthelesma was obvious due to high cholesterol, chronic Indigestion and menstrual irregularities. Associated complaints were burning soles at night, corns, prematurely greying of hairs. It took almost 1 year to get back to normal in all her complaints, USG/ blood reports & the case was cured.
        Multiple remedies were administered here as per the demand of symptom totality.

Alopecia Areata / Hair-loss in patches

         22 year old girl, short stature, lean - thin body constitution, anemic with past history of eczema. Bald Patches were present since 4-5 months and have increased over time. Associated complaints of,

• Hair-loss from Roots
• White Dandruff
• Itchy- dry scalp
• Hair-thinning
• Reduced Hair Density.

        Working employee- IT Dept. Full time.
In almost 1 month period, significant reduction in bald spots and regrowth of fine dark hairs were noted. Dandruff, itching relieved. Hair Density improved than before.

         Alopecia Areata being considered autoimmune, it may relapse again over time after you stop taking medicines. So Patients must be advised before to complete treatment Course even after hairs get restored in order to prevent recurrence. Most probably no identifiable physical causative modalities can be found out here in such cases. An osteoma is a benign bone tumor that typically forms on the skull. Depending on where they develop, osteomas can sometimes cause symptoms such as headaches or sinus infections.

Although osteomas tend to form on the skull, they can also develop on long bones of the body, such as the shin and thigh bones. Osteomas that occur on the long bones of the body are called osteoid osteomas.
They may be a result of the body reacting to illness or injury.
        Here, Patient had developed Osteoma over the right temporal area of skull after fall, 15 years back & was present since then.
        It was hard, painless, non- mobile. In 3 months time, 15 year old bony tumor started regressing, became small in size & difficult to find where it was before.
        Not all time, tumor, warts, cyst, Fibroid, Ganglion or some other outgrowth needs to be surgically removed. Take 2nd opinion in case of suspected malignancy but when it is confirmed benign in nature, do trust your sweet sugar pills while you experience their magic.

Case of Chronic Tonsillitis & Adenoids

Girl child of 8 year age had been suffering from chronic recurrent Tonsillitis & Adenoids since her childhood.

• Hard, indurated & hypertrophied tonsils B/L
• size of both were so big that hardly she can breath, swallow food or Liquid even. ( what we call KISSING TONSILS)

• A/F - Fruits, chocolates, sugar, chips, cakes & pastries, cold drinks, ice-cream, etc.
• Whenever she eats such food items, everytime there is Tonsillitis, breathing & eating problems. She has to get admitted into hospital.
• Same with Adenoids, eating cold food & drinks ends with Adenoids swelling.

For children, I like to prescribe Bio-chemic remedies often. She was given Bacillinum 1m stat dose 2 drops directly on tongue with Kali mur 6x. Continued treatment for 3 months. She is fine now with no any complaints. Tonsils have reduced significantly in size and same for adenoids too.
( Also think of Cal. Phos, Cal. Flour, Baryta Carb & Merc. Iod, etc. )
Once the treatment Course gets complete, hope she can enjoy her ice-cream, chocolates & colas soon without having any problem.

Alopecia Areata / Hair-loss in Patches

32 year male Patient with Hair-loss in circular Patches. Present from past 3 months. After starting treatment, hair growth observed over bald spots and new hair follicles noted in 2 weeks.

Such are autoimmune condition, no identifiable causes can be found with presenting chief complaint. He had taken our treatment for some other issues few months ago. Then, he was given Lycopodium.

This time, Acid Flour was the drug of choice which was coming from his totality, Prescribed Acid Flour for 1 month. No improvement seen, reconsidered the case history & found his personality was that of lycopodium. Prescribed Lyco 200 1 dose every week along with Acid Flour 30 TDS for 2 weeks. Hairfalling stopped, no new bald Patches seen after, new hair follicles & hair growth started to appear then.

When acute similimum medicine sometimes doesn't give positive result then do retrospective analysis of case & look for all other remedies you had given in past, then go for next prescription accordingly.

Psoriasis Vulgaris / Plaque Psoriasis

       Plaque Psoriasis is a chronic, relapsing, inflammatory skin disorder with a strong genetic basis.

Psoriatic plaques are characterized as follows:

• Raised and easily palpable - Owing to the thickened epidermis,
• Irregular to oval in shape
• One to several centimeters in size
• Well defined, with sharply demarcated boundaries
• Very distinctive rich, full red color lesions
• Typically have a dry, thin, silvery-white scales
• Most often located on the scalp, trunk, and limbs, with a predilection for extensor surfaces, such as the elbows and knees
• Pruritus/ Itching - One of the main symptoms of plaque psoriasis.

        Here, this is more than 25 year old Chronic case of Psoriasis ( patient age 62 year/ male ) taken on & off lots and lots of treatment from many places. The disease as autoimmune kept spreading over whole body with its troublesome character of symptoms.

        As it is very well known fact that one of the main cause behind every autoimmune condition to develop & flourish in any Human body is " LONG CONTINUOUS MENTAL STRESS."
         Here also, Patient had good business, money, fame & social status. They had partnership business firm among 3 friends, everything was going well but soon one of them went abroad doing some huge financial fraud with the other 2, then they had to shut down the business, went bankrupt, sold his house + agricultural land + his savings to payout the remaining loan amount. That incident had deeply affected his mind. He cannot trust anyone now. Deep sense of being cheated.
        After starting Homeopathic treatment, itching got significantly relieved in 1st month followed by scaling & no new eruptions developed after that. Though very much chronic & long seated case, Excellently responding to Homeopathic treatment.
