Food Items To gain weight & Height
( For all age group above 1 year)
1. Milk - 2 glass a day ( preferably cow Milk )
2. Yoghurt, Curd
3. Tofu/ paneer 2-3 times a week
4. Jaggery
5. Honey with roti or toast
6. Dry fruits- cashew ( kaju ), almond( badam), dates ( khajur ), anjeer, Walnuts ( akhrot ), Peanuts ( Singdana )
7. Peanut butter
8. Oat meal
9. Beans, lentils- special is Black UDAD DAL ( dals, pulses, soybean etc. )
10. Olive oil ( with salads, bread, sandwiches etc.)
11. Banana
12. Avocado
13. Cheese, ghee, Makkhan
14. Sweet potato
15. Seasonal fruits ( Chikoo, mangoes, apple, apricots, watermelons, papaya, oranges etc. )
16. Vegetables- all ( carrots, capsicum, sprouts)
17. Eggs
18. Poultry- chicken
19. Salmon fish
20. Avoid- chocolate, chips, biscuits, namkeen.
Other than diet -
1. Medicines as prescribed
2. Asana - In open sunlight daily
• Tadasan - 5 min
• chakrasan - 5 min
• suryanamaskar- 5 min
3. Oil massage before bath can be done
4. 8 - 10 hours of sleep depending on age ( sleep with Head towards SOUTH)
