A Very Happy Shree Ram Navmi to all
Presenting a case of incomplete RCT and kept open RC for 3 months.

* Large periapical radiolucency can be seen in the radiograph.
* Retreated in single visit.
* Preparation done upto 25,06.
* No hand filing done as the canals were already prepared earlier.
* 3d irrigation protocols followed.
* BioActive RCS used as sealer.
* Lateral canal can be noticed but a more amount of sealer get deposited in periapical region through lateral opening in distal canal.
* Obturation done with Hot Modified WVC.
* Post endo restoration done with shofu beautifill bulk flow.

Deep Occlusal Caries in lower right second molar

Multi-planer S-shaped distal canal

* MB , ML prepared upto 25,04
Distal Canal upto 30,04 with ecodent files
Apical 3rd prepared with #10, #12, #15.

* 3d irrigation protocols followed with (17% liquid EDTA & 5.25% hypochlor).

* BioActive bioceramic sealer used.

* Obturation done with Hot Modified WVC.

* Coronal seal done with shofu beautifill bulk.

* Post endo done with Dentsply Neo Spectra ST Universal Composite by cusp by cusp build-up.

Case of skeletal class 2 case

Treatment completed in two phase
1st Phase - Twin Block for one year
2nd Phase - Fixed orthodontic treatment

And at last 31 was wear off due to mal occlusion and was restored using anterior twin matrix system with beautifill flow composite.
