Today, on 9th October 2025, DTCC Upper Subansiri successfully launched the 60 Days To***co Free Youth Campaign (TFYC) 3.0, 2025 at Adarsh Public School, Daporijo, Upper Subansiri District.

During the program, DPO Dr. Joti Nalo,MD has delivered an insightful address highlighting the importance and necessity of the TFYC initiative conducted every year, as well as the harmful effects of to***co consumption.

Both the Psychologist (DTCC) and the DPO sir also explained the campaign strategies and provisions under the COTPA Act, 2003, followed by a wonderful interactive session with the students.
Anti to***co pledge was also taken.
