A woman struggling with secondary infertility and a history of previous LSCS came to us with pelvic pain. On laparoscopy, we found a large endometriotic cyst and severe adhesions—conditions that often go unnoticed but silently affect fertility.

Today, we successfully performed laparoscopic cystectomy and adhesiolysis, effectively addressing the underlying issue of endometriosis. While future fertility outcomes remain to be seen, this is a strong step forward in her journey.
