Please keep the following tips in mind during your daily shifts:
Carry a Water Bottle: Ensure you have a reusable water bottle with you at all times. Don't wait until you feel thirsty to drink.
SIP Regularly: Aim for a few sips of water every 15–20 minutes to maintain consistent hydration levels.
Natural Electrolytes: Consider carrying coconut water, ORS, or lemon water (Nimbu Pani) to replenish essential salts lost through sweat.
Take Shade Breaks: Whenever possible, plan your waiting times in cool or shaded areas between appointments.
Monitor Your Health: If you feel dizzy, develop a headache, or experience extreme fatigue, take a break immediately and find a cool place to rest.
