Uterine Fibroid- An intramural uterine fibroid is a noncancerous that grows between the muscles of the uterus.
The above patient had 2 Intramural Fibroids in anterior and posterior wall of uterus.
USG also showed few small sized Cholelithiasis (Gall Stone) with slight Dilatation of CBD.
(*) Homoeopathic medicine for 5 months saved her from GnRH agonists and Robotic Myomectomy.
(*) Even Cholelithiasis was treated and normal GB was seen in subsequent USG.
POINTS TO REMEMBER.
1) The 2nd USG showed Nabothian Cyst Cervix. Which is a common mucosal cyst occuring in Primigravida and Multipara. It does not require much treatment
2) NEVER TAKE THE CASE in which Gall Stone is present in CBD or cholelithiasis is accompanied by Cholecystitis. EVERYTHING CAN'T BE TREATED BY MEDICINE.
