India is best when comes to transportation, religious belief ,so helpful people everywhere.
This my I guess 20 th visit to vaishno devi dhaam.

Greatful and humble this visit reminds me of my childhood days.
With blessings able to do darshan twice of mata Vaishno Devi bhawan in single visit.

Vaishno devi darshan is soul healing and connection.

Incidental findings

69 yr old male came to emergency with breathlessness ,cough, fever.
Relevant investigation done shows bilateral pneumonia..
Ncct head done due to headache after 4 days
Shows hematoma in left temporoparietal cortex.
Mri brain shows meatsatic tumor.
Treatment given is palliative.

Moral plz do not object any investigation advised by your doctor sometimes incidental findings without symptoms can be seen.

After 7 days of admission in hdu pat came in follow up in opd on Saturday.

Daring doctor saves life

41 year male came to Emergency after Referred from four big hospitals.
With difficulty in breathing and low oxygen @45 on room air after 15 lit of oxygen it was 81.

Diagnosis ARDS with impending pulmonary odema with BL extensive pneumonia with septic shock.with ( VSD)ventricular septal defect.

Kept in ICU for 12 days and discharge him successfully.

All were saying to refer the patient but I refused to give up, patient was taken with full bravery and rest is history.

Patient came with wife and brother in opd after 10 days in follow up with full of happiness 😊.

Moral --Do not panic ,have faith on yourself and do good for humanity. Iwork what I can do to save life with blessings of GOD and my teachers.

All u need is Kitchen items , camp portable stove, water, camp from decathlon.

Popcorn maggi coffee and papad.. next time may be some bigger battles .. like paneer tikka like stuff .

One of my patient complaints of blurring of vison ,watering from eye.
ocular examination done shows serpengoid choroiditis.mantoux test positive and igra positive started with tb medication now coming to opd 4 th visit after 2month of treatment. Total duration is 7 months.

Ocular tuberculosis (TB) is a rare form of extrapulmonary TB caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis that causes infection in various eye structures, most commonly resulting in uveitis (inflammation)

Symptoms: Common signs include blurred vision, eye pain, redness, light sensitivity (photophobia), floaters, and flashes.

Manifestations: It can affect both the front (anterior) and back (posterior) of the eye, causing conditions such as:

Uveitis: Chronic inflammation.
Choroiditis: Inflammation of the choroid, often appearing as patches or nodules.
Retinal Vasculitis: Inflammation of retinal vessels.
Scleritis/Episcleritis: Inflammation of the white part of the eye.

Ophthalmologic Exam: Slit-lamp exam and fundus photography.

Immunological Tests: Interferon-gamma release assay (IGRA or Quantiferon) and Mantoux test.

Imaging: Chest X-ray to check for active or previous pulmonary TB.

Treatment: Similar to pulmonary TB

Complications: If not diagnosed and treated early, it can lead to severe vision loss or blindness.
