TB Treatment: Curability, Prevention, and Dietary Care Guidelines
We discuss how TB is 100% curable with treatment but can be fatal if left untreated. We explain that pulmonary TB spreads and requires wearing masks for 2 months and maintaining distance from others, while extra pulmonary TB doesn't spread. We emphasize the importance of a high-protein diet including vegetables, soya beans, milk, curd, and paneer, and stress that diabetic patients must maintain sugar control during TB treatment. We also highlight the need to avoid alcohol and to***co, take medicines regularly, report side effects to doctors, and undergo prescribed tests to successfully overcome TB.
