Democracy not autocracy. Solutions not Dictatorship.
Prevention was a matter the administration had to ensure, yet it was being done by individuals, feeders, recuers and NGOs...the pace was slow..the time was flying...the resources were limited, there was no help from the government which now depicts itself to be a messiah against Rabies.
Why didn't you come to help NGOs doing mass sterlization and vaccination?
Why didn't you set up a PPP model to tackle this situation?
Why didn't you pull up your municipality officials?
Why didn't you ask for their data on sterlization and vaccination?
Why didn't you take note of the population of community dogs was rising?
Why didn't you point fingers and reprimand the officials under you?.. actually under you... accountable to you...to be guided and ordered by you...the court, the government.... Why? Why ? Why?
Questions are many, even we want to ask. But to the right people. To the ones accountable for this.
WE live from our hearts, not our minds. Yes, we are mad...mad in love with the almighty and his creation...we all we have ever seen ourselves is being sisters and brothers and mothers and fathers and grandmothers and grandfathers of these beings that live along with us. Yes we are sentimental, wish you were too...the best decisions are made from the heart...the seat of compassion and love. WE do anything for family, WE are NOT under you....WE create you...WE make you...and we don't need you...
