Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).

Just looking at the weather nowadays - the dark wet & gloomy for someone's, romantic for another, thought that definitely my outpatient is suddenly almost everyone with some kind of anxiety or depressive disorder. It may be a co-incidence but I can be statistically tested that there is no such rise in similar routine stressful situations.
Many people tend to experience low in certain seasons. Mostly in Autumn 🍁 and worsening towards winters 🥶.
There is quite a large number of people living with SAD knowingly or partially knowingly.

Treatable by Phototherapy, Psychotherapy, Medications if needed.
