Prenatal yoga is safe when practiced mindfully 🌸.
Here are 3 simple but important tips to keep in mind while flowing through your pregnancy:

1️⃣ After 20 weeks, avoid lying flat on your back. Try side-lying or supported poses instead.
2️⃣ Skip deep twists. Focus on gentle, open movements that give your baby space.
3️⃣ Always listen to your body. If something feels uncomfortable, modify, slow down, or rest.
