1. Drink 2 cup of green tea daily.
2. Eat 2 fruits per day.
3. Have 2 quarter plate salad daily.
4. Avoid refined flour (maida) foods.
5. Have 2 glass milk daily.
6. Walk/Workout for 20 minutes daily.
7.Have light dinner 2 hrs before going to bed.
8.Drink 6-7 glasses of water daily.
