Here’s the thing about winter infections. Most of them spread because our immunity dips, we stay indoors more, and basic hygiene slips. The good news is prevention is very doable if you stay consistent.
Wash hands frequently and avoid touching your face.
Dress warm and protect your neck, chest, and feet.
Eat freshly cooked, nutritious food and stay hydrated.
Get adequate sleep and maintain daily physical activity.
Cover your mouth while coughing or sneezing and keep rooms ventilated.
