Diksha, a resident of Village Dhalipur, Vikasnagar Block Dehradun, completed a 6-month computer course from Bella Computer Training Centre and is now successfully employed at a cyber cafe. Diksha has expressed her gratitude to Bella Health Care Charitable Trust. This initiative by Bella Health Care is transforming lives at the grassroots level by empowering girls from underprivileged communities to access computer education, develop relevant skills, and prepare for higher education and a meaningful future. Diksha's story is one of many and serves as a powerful reminder that with proper guidance and opportunities, our youth can thrive and pave the way forward.

ग्रामीण स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को बेहतर बनाने के लिए बेला हेल्थ केयर चैरिटेबल ट्रस्ट देहरादून द्वारा ग्राम जाख कर्णप्रयाग तहसील में 24 एवं 25 मई को दो दिवसीय निःशुल्क स्वास्थ्य शिविर का आयोजन किया गया, स्वास्थ्य शिविर में जाख, नौटी, चौडली, बजान, दियारकोट, कुकड़ई, सुन्दर गांव, रिठौली, एरा बधानी और कुन्देला और हेलुरी के 95 मरीजों का इलाज किया गया, शिविर में अधिकतर ग्रामीण शुगर, बीपी के मरीज हैँ. अधिकतर महिलाएं खून की कमी से जूझ रही हैँ, बेला हेल्थ फिजिशियन डॉ सिद्धार्थ द्वारा उनको खानपान में सुधार करने की सलाह दी एवं ग्रामीणों का स्वास्थ्य चैक अप किया गया और निःशुल्क दवाईयाँ वितरित की गई.

ये आसान उपाय अपनाएं
डेंगू/मलेरिया/चिकनगुनिया से खुद को बचाएं
• घर तथा कार्यस्थल पर साफ-सफाई रखें।
• घरों के आस-पास, गमले, टूटे-डिस्पोजेबल बर्तन, टायर आदि में पानी जमा ना होनें दें।
• सोते समय मच्छरदानी का उपयोग करें।
• शरीर को पूरी तरह ढकने वाले कपड़े पहनें, बच्चों को भी शरीर को पूरी तरह ढकने कपड़े पहनाकर स्कूल भेजें।
• सप्ताह में दो बार कूलर का पानी बदलें तथा पीने के पानी को ढक कर रखें।
• डेंगू से पीड़ित मरीज मच्छर दानी तथा मच्छरों से बचाव वाली क्रीम का उपयोग करें, ताकि मच्छर न काट सकें।
• डेंगू के लक्षण दिखने पर घबराएं नहीं, तुरंत चिकित्सक से परामर्श लें एवं उपचार करवाएं।

तेज बुखार, सिरदर्द, पीठदर्द, आंखों में दर्द-जलन, त्वचा पर लाल चकत्ते, मसूड़ों-नाक से रक्तस्राव होने पर तुरंत डॉक्टर की सलाह लें।

दिनाँक 5 अप्रैल 2025, को जन शिक्षण संस्थान देहरादून के प्रमाण- पत्र वितरण कार्यक्रम में बेला कंप्यूटर ट्रेनिंग सेंटर के सभी छात्र - छात्राओं को कार्यक्रम की मुख्य अतिथि श्रीमती सीमा डुँगराकोटी सचिव/सिविल जज (वरिष्ठ प्रभाग) जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, देहरादून, एवं जन शिक्षण संस्थान देहरादून के निदेशक श्री इंद्रजय सिंह असवाल जी द्वारा प्रमाण पत्र वितरित किये गए,
तथा बेला हेल्थ केयर चैरिटेबल ट्रस्ट द्वारा चलाये जा रहे कंप्यूटर प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम की सराहना भी की गई,
बेला कंप्यूटर ट्रेनिंग सेंटर छात्रों को प्रोग्रामिंग, सॉफ्टवेयर और इंटरनेट के उपयोग के बारे में ज्ञान प्रदान करता है ताकि वे विभिन्न डिजिटल उपकरणों और संसाधनों का प्रभावी ढंग से उपयोग कर सकें। यह उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनाता है और भविष्य में कई नए करियर के अवसरों के लिए तैयार करता है।
