Mental or emotional pain/discomfort is equally important as physical pain or disease. But its often ignored due to the stigma attached to mental health issues. Leaving it unattended is like keeping an open wound which worsens with time leading to serious implications for self and others in the long run. So, have courage and seek support. And lend an empathetic ear or a helping hand to someone in need. We all need safe spaces both inside and outside!
