I know aaj temptations bahut honge… mithai, biryani, sab kuch.
Par ek baat yaad rakho, health ko ignore karke jo khushi milti hai na, wo next day guilt ban jaati hai.
Is baar thoda sa change try karo…
plate full ho, par control bhi ho.
taste bhi mile, par balance bhi rahe.
Aapka body aapka saath tabhi dega jab aap uska dhyaan rakhoge.
Aaj se nahi, abhi se start karo.
