Ball par balance bana kar squats karne se sirf legs hi nahi balki poora body control system
active ho jata hai.

Unstable surface hone ki wajah se abs, lower back, hips, ankles aur knees zyada kaam karte hain, jisse balance aur stability improve hoti hai. Is exercise se core strength badhti hai, posture better hota hai aur body ka mind-muscle connection
strong hota hai.

Saath hi joint control improve hota hai, jo injury ke risk ko kam karta hai aur functional strength develop karta hai, lekin ise hamesha bodyweight ya light weight ke saath hi karna chahiye.
