It was founded by Shri Vijay Kumar Nautiyal, Managing Director. The founding members wanted the society to work for the handicapped and underprivileged. This may appear a bit clicked but the truth is that a colossal amount of work is required in this direction. With over 5 million Indians with locomotors disabilities you need thousands of dedicated professionals and workers in this field. The society runs a full fledged Artificial limb center in dehradun, fitting hi –tech limbs using the latest technology. It draws upon the resources of Nautiyal Artificial limb welfare society and Nautiyal Orthotic-Prosthetic Rehabilitation center to meet its needs. The Almighty has given us wisdom and the strength to undertake this social venture. He will therefore, also provide the resources for services the society renders and only He knows it may be through your kind and benevolent hands. All that we really ask for is that He rein-force our will and dedication to work for the physically challenged and enable us to reach out to as many as we possibly can.
