UPDATE 7/18: The problem is temporary fixed on the application level (work around), but still waiting the provider fix the problem on the server. login is now possible and eCalc works normal.

منظم الجهد 78xx

عندما تصمم دائرة كهربية وتحاول تثبيت الجهد عند قيمة معينة لتغذية دائرة متكاملة او اي حمل اخر فانك ستضطر للتعامل مع منظمات الجهد الاكثر شهرة وهي 78xx .

ما هو منظم الجهد ؟

عباره عن دائره متكامله تعمل على تثبيت الجهد عند حد معين ، يمنع تغير جهد الخرج اذا تغير جهد المصدر الى قيمة أعلى ، يمنع التذبذب فى جهد المصدر إذا كان جهد المصدر ناتج من تحويل تيار متردد الى تيار مستمر ،
يتم استخدامه فى حالة تذبذب جهد المصدر مما قد يؤثر على دوائر ألكترونية حساسه مثل المايكروكنترولر

ويمكن استخدامه أيضا فى حالة عدم توفر الجهد المطلوب من المصدر أذا كنت تريد تشغيل مايكروكنترولر وليس لديك سوى بطارية 9 فولت او 12 فولت فى هذه الحاله لا يمكن توصيل المايكروكنتروللر مباشرة الى هذه البطارية ولكن إذا تم أستخدام مثبت الجهد فإن المايكروكنترولر سوف يعمل بشكل جيد

كيف يتم أختيار مثبت الجهد المناسب ؟

بالترتيب اخر رقمين تمثل خرج الخرج الذى يتم تثبيت الجهد عنده ، اي انه يخرج في الاولى 5 فولت والثانى عند 9 فولت والثالث عند 12 فولت.

ما هو DropOut Voltage ؟

هو أقل جهد يمكن تطبيقه لضمان عدم ذبذبة الخرج وتثبيتها عند القيمة المطلوبه ، أذا كان 2 فولت وكنا نستخدم 7805 فلابد ان يكون جهد الدخل اكبر من 7 فولت لضمان الحصول على جهد 5 فولت بدون اى مشاكل او ذبذبة

كيف يمكن حساب الطاقة المتبددة في منظم الجهد ؟

Power dissipation = (Vin – Vout ) x I load
نفرض ان الخرج متصل بموتور صغير يسحب 0.3 أمبير من المصدر .

دعونا نناقش مثالين :
24V – 5 V ) x 0.3 = 5.7 Watt —————> 1)
9V – 5V ) x 0.3 = 1.2 Watt —————> 2)

فى المثال الأول عندما كان جهد الدخل كبير 24 فولت كانت الحراره المفقوده كبيره مما يؤدى الى تسخين مثبت الجهد بشكل كبير
ولكن عند تقليل جهد الدخل 9 فولت بالنسبة للدخل كانت الحرارة المفقدوة قليلة
لذلك يجب مراعاه هذه النقطة لتجنب تسخين مثبت الجهد
مثبت الجهد يضمن ثبيت الجهد فى حالة ان الدخل أكبر من جهد الخرج وليس العكس
يتم وضع مكثفات على الدخل وعلى الخرج لضمان عدم تذبذب الخرج
وتتكون المكثفات من مكثفات كيمائية ومكثفات سيراميك
يتم وضع م***ل حرارى اذا كان الحراره المفقوده كبيرة
يمكن معرفة اطرافه من الداتاشيت الخاصه به
