To create & promote EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES in Rural Areas of the Hill State leading to SELF – SUFFICIENCY and to check flight of RURAL YOUTH from RURAL HILLS.
1. To provide training fully focused on EMPLOYMENT GENERATION in Handloom and other suitable activities in rural areas enabling the Rural Folk to earn their livelihood with Dignity and Grace.
2. To provide Career Counseling & Educational Training to emerging Youth and conducting health camps in rural areas.
3. Introduce village
rs to Advance Technology in Agriculture, Horticulture and Dairy Farm by coordinating with various Governmental & Non Governmental Agencies.
4. To undertake Activities for Rural Development & for Conservation of Environment & Ecology.
5. To Produce Quality Agri – Horti – Handloom & Handicraft Products which fetch better Pricing & Marketing of Produce in Domestic and/or International Markets.
6. To act as a facilitator/guide to other Producers by helping them to produce Quality Products and to provide a FAIR MARKETING CHANNEL for Marketing of their products also.
7. To assist formation of SELF HELP GROUPS at village levels to undertake production activities.
