✅ Major Milestones Achieved

Underground Works – Fast Progress

B2 Slab Casting in Progress:

Following the successful completion of B3 slab, construction activity has moved upward. The B2 slab casting preparation is currently in progress, marking consistent and timely advancement.

Structural Momentum:

With three underground floors in active progress, vertical structures are coming up. Reinforcement and column er****on continue as per design.

Water Tank & Utility Areas:
Installation of large-capacity underground water tanks and utility provisions is also underway alongside with the slab works.

✅ Safety & Quality Measures

Soil Stability & Waterproofing:
Continuous reinforcement of retaining walls and waterproofing membranes is being carried out to protect against high groundwater levels.

Strict Safety Protocols:

PMC engineers are monitoring every stage of work ensuring zero compromise on safety for the hospital construction and neighboring high-rise complexes.

We are pleased to share the latest progress from the site of Bhagwan Mahavir Super Speciality Hospital (BMSH), Rohini — your dream project that is steadily taking shape, step by step, with your continued blessings and generous support.

✅ Major Milestones Achieved

Underground floor - 3
*Casting in Progress :
Following safe excavation up to 45 feet, 60% of the floor casting for a 3 underground floor has been completed. The Floor-3 slab, dedicated to the Cancer Department, is being cast as per schedule.

Column Er****on & Structural Advancements:
Vertical column er****on has commenced, marking a key transition from excavation to structural development.

Underground Water Tanks & underground floor-2 Works:
Preparations for casting of underground water tanks and the underground -2 floor slab are underway.

✅ Safety & Quality Measures

Soil Retention & Waterproofing:
Retaining walls and waterproofing membranes are being installed to safeguard the structure against high groundwater levels.

Safety Monitoring:
Under strict PMC supervision, zero compromise is being maintained on safety — both for our hospital structure and the neighboring high-rise buildings.
