1️⃣ Standing on Toes: Boost calf strength and improve ankle stability by standing on your toes. This exercise helps activate the muscles around the ankle and promotes balance.

2️⃣ Assisted Ankle Dorsiflexion: With the help of a band or your hand, gently pull your foot upward to increase flexibility and strengthen the dorsiflexor muscles responsible for lifting the foot.
