✅ Did I get enough sleep? Rest is the foundation of mental well-being.
✅ Did I eat nourishing food? A healthy body supports a healthy mind.
✅ Did I move my body? Exercise reduces stress and boosts mood.
✅ Did I take breaks? Resting your mind increases productivity and clarity.
✅ Did I connect with someone? Talking to a friend, colleague, or loved one can be uplifting.
✅ Did I practice gratitude? Acknowledging the good can shift your mindset.
✅ Did I check in with my emotions? Self-awareness is key—how are you really feeling today?
