Few tips that helped me during this overwhelming period

1. Make sure you call your closest friend or girlfriends- discuss your concerns and worries. Let it out.
2. Make time for yourself even if it means for 15 minutes. Give yourself a break.
3. Invest in clothes that you love to wear
4. Focus on your favourite face/body feature with help of makeup or clothes
5. Appreciate the way you look. Be gentle to yourself. Your body is recovering and becoming better with each passing day.
