Hysteroscopic demonstration of Hydrosalpinx
Hydrosalpinx is a condition where there is accumulation of fluid in the Fallopian tubes. This normally leads to Infertility and inter menstrual, spotting and bleeding. It is detected in ultrasound and at the time of Laparoscopy. However, during Hysteroscopy few signs can tell us that there is accumulation of fluid in the Fallopian tubes like widely dilated tubal Ostia and reflux of fluid from the tubal Ostia on reducing the intrauterine pressure.
