Ridge split and implant placement

Patient reported with missing 44, 45,46 &47 tooth for the last 15 years. Patient demanded fixed prosthesis. Got CBCT. Width was 3.9-4.5mm in 44 region and 4.5-5mm in 46 region.
Treatment planned fixed restoration with implant placement. Ridge expansion planned and was successful to get width of more than 6mm
Placed implant of 4.2*10mm along with bone graft (PRF+autogenous bone+xenograft).
Now waiting for natural bone healing and will do prosthetic work after 4 to 5 months
