Even if she cannot see, it doesn’t really matter. The way she has gone through the whole process of birth and feeding has been commendable. The level of motivation she has and urge to learn even more .. is mindblowing !!
Glad to be a part of their birth journey ❤️✨

Many a times, the outcome is not my hands while supporting a mum considering medical reasons can also be there just anytime. But, if everything is normal then putting all the effort is Worth it !!

Do any 1 activity DAILY during the whole course of pregnancy, be it art related or learning something new, just Anything!!
WHY ?? It reduces stress, improves mood, and enhances emotional well-being, leading to a more positive pregnancy experience. And of course, your baby LEARNS IN WOMB !!

Being an educator and counsellor, our work expects us to handle couples, keep on doing repeated counsellings, support during labor which is really the most difficult time where in many times partner and even other family members lose out but we stand there supporting . Then post birth it is altogether a different counselling, we handle crying babies which families are not able to do, we stay calm throughout the process cz it is expected from us and we can’t lose out.

But what if we only require support ? Sometimes, infact many times even counsellors need to heal to support people. We are good for others but we sometimes we might not be able to counsel ourselves.

To everyone who is supporting the society in their own way, taking their pain and stress, making them happy but not able to help their own selves, let’s just and keep doing something to help ourselves at all times.

If we talk about the facts, feeding should be initiated within one hour birth irrespective the mode of birth.

Even in case of a cesarean birth, touch, skin to skin and early initiation are important within the first hour of birth.

Somewhere I feel it is not being practiced in all hospitals at all times, what do you think ?
