With immense gratitude, I share that I have been awarded “Career Counsellor of the Year” at the STTAR Global Education Conference 2025.
I sincerely thank under the leadership of Sushma Raturi and the esteemed jury members; Noor us Saba Alam, Ranjan Paul, Viplav Baxi, Priya Gambhir, Siddharth Jain , Poojaa S and Srinivasan Sriram for this recognition. It was truly inspiring to witness eminent awardees such as Shri Sitharam T.G and Dr. Shalini Advani whose contributions continue to shape the future of education and research.
I am equally grateful to my school, for entrusting me with the freedom to administer my capabilities independently, while providing guidance, support, and encouragement. This balance of autonomy and mentorship has been instrumental in shaping my growth as a counsellor and enabling me to make meaningful impact.
This recognition motivates me to continue refining my methods, expanding access, and making a positive difference in more lives.
I thank the STTAR Conference committee and judging panel, my mentors, colleagues, and peers who inspire me daily, and most importantly, all the students, clients, and families who trust me with their journeys; this is as much yours as it is mine. Special thanks to .tanwer27 for sharing this moment with me as I receive this award and making the occasion even more meaningful.
