What?
Marketing strategies of plant based supplements make you believe that these are better than food. As a result of which several people are seen swapping their man meals with supplements which is a big MISTAKE.

Moreover, supplements can never provide the benefits that food can you provide.

2- Switching to extremes - If people aren’t going vegan they are switching to keto diets and relying completely on animal nutrition.
But in case of animal source , animals first eat plants out of which a very small amount gets absorbed by the animals body .

So we are asking you to go vegetarian or Vegan?

Why

Well , because plants lack several nutrients such as flavonoids, fiber , insulin, etc too.

Plastics contain most common environmental toxin i.e BPA (Bisphenol-A)

Another possibility is that BPA interferes with androgen catabolism. Indeed, in rat liver, BPA administration reduces levels of enzymes needed for testosterone hydroxylation .If androgen clearance were impaired by BPA exposure in humans as well, this could be one potential cause of androgen excess in PCOS.

Women with the polycystic o***y syndrome (PCOS), the most common hormone imbalance in women of reproductive age, may be more vulnerable to exposure to the chemical bisphenol A (BPA).
