Your scale isn’t the enemy — it’s your timing and method that matter!

✅ Do it right:
• Weigh at the same time every day — best is morning, after using the washroom, before breakfast.
• Use the same scale and place it on a hard, flat surface.
• Wear minimal or same clothing each time.

❌ Avoid weighing:
• After meals, exercise, or travel (fluid shifts can mislead).
• During periods or when bloated — temporary weight gain is normal.
• Multiple times a day — it only adds confusion, not accuracy.

⚖️ Remember: Trends matter more than daily numbers. Focus on consistency and overall progress, not fluctuations.
