I will never tell you to stop drinking chai. In fact, I always say—enjoy your chai! 😍

Hi, I’m your dietician Pooja Jain, and I’m here to tell you that chai is not unhealthy… but what you eat with chai can make it unhealthy. ✅️

It’s all about timing and the right snack. 👍

🚫I recommend avoiding tea first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
🚫Also avoid pairing your chai with parathas, sandwiches, chivda or jalebi.

✔️Instead, go for light options like fox nuts, roasted chana and other simple snacks—but not on an empty stomach.

🤩 Do this, and you can enjoy your chai while keeping your health in check.
