Job Title: Ayurvedic Telecalling Executive
Job Description: Communicating With Potential Clients Or Customers Over The Phone To Provide Information On The Benefits Of Pure Ayurvedic Health, Wellness, and Products. Inbound- Outbound Call Process
Salary- Rs 15K To 40K + incentives (Performance Based)
Qualification- Minimum 12th Pass
Experience- 1 Year Experience Is Required* (Telecalling Inbound- Outbound)
Skills- Good Communication Required*

Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Make Outbound calls to Potential Clients Or Customers Over The Phone To Provide Information On The Benefits Of Pure Ayurvedic Health, Wellness, Products And Services
Answer Inbound Calls And Assist Clients With Their Queries Related To Ayurvedic Products And Services
Explain The Benefits Of Ayurvedic Treatments, Products, And Wellness.
Understand Customer Needs And Suggest Ayurvedic Solutions Based On Their Health Concerns Or Goals.
Convert Leads Into Sales Or Product Purchases.
Product Promotion:
Promote Ayurvedic products like herbal medicines
Encourage customers to try Ayurvedic products to improve their health and wellness.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet sales and conversion targets as set by the company.
Regularly report progress to supervisors or team leaders.
Focus on meeting daily and monthly lead conversion targets.
Once selected, you will receive training on approaching and converting leads, cold-calling techniques, and customer engagement strategies. After training, you’ll be provided with Excel data and scripts to get started, but you are encouraged to personalize your script and adapt it to your style. However, professionalism is key at all times.
Note: This is a work-from-home role, and incentive earnings are strictly commission-based on lead conversions. Calls must be made between 6:00 AM and 2:00 PM. The selection process includes phone interviews, followed by performance-based shortlisting.
