A year ago, if you’d told me I’d be celebrating my gymiversary 🥱, I would’ve laughed (and probably rolled my eyes). Back then, my biggest workout was dodging questions from friends and family like……

How much more do you want to lose?
or
Aren’t you worried gymming will make you bulky? Or worse, injured?

Trust me, I had my own doubts. Would I end up with more muscle or just more muscle aches? Would I finally become the Hulk, or just a walking collection of knee straps and wrist bands?

Well, here’s the plot twist:
It’s not about losing weight.
It’s about losing those —knee straps and wrist bands I used to rely on for my injuries and pains .It’s about gaining strength, confidence, and a posture that says, “Yes, I do lift, thank you very much!”

The real gains?
- Muscle strength that makes everyday tasks feel like a breeze
- Improved posture
- Discipline and perseverance—turns out, you can teach an old dog new tricks
- ——And the biggest shocker: This night owl 🦉is now an early riser! The gym didn’t just work my muscles; it fixed my sleep cycle too. Who knew?

So, I’ve only lost excuses and injuries.
Everything else?
All gain, gain, and gain! 💪💪💪
