We have successfully implanted the first at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket, New Delhi. It takes great to initiate any new program. Overcoming inertia, formulating , assembling the team, and above all, it requires , , , and .

I am grateful to have such a remarkable team to launch this facility in NCR, a practice that is rarely implemented globally, despite being widely discussed in literature.

This achievement was led by the highly motivated and dynamic ophthalmic surgeon, Dr Anita Sethi, Dr Nikhil, Dr Nikita, and supported by our dedicated medical physics team, which includes Dr. A.K. Bansal, Dr. Satendra Kumar, Dr. Lalit Kumar, and my radiation oncology colleague, Dr. Vrinda Singla.

I sincerely thank each of them for their contributions to this milestone. I also extend my gratitude to the organization leadership for their encouragement and support at every step in bringing this facility to enhance patient care, which MaxHealthCare is always committed to.
