πΏ Detox Water Recipe πΏ
Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled and sliced
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- 8 cups of water
Directions:
1. Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
2. Slice the cucumber, lemon, and ginger into thin slices.
3. In a large pitcher, combine the sliced cucumber, lemon, ginger, and mint leaves.
4. Pour 8 cups of water into the pitcher.
5. Stir gently to mix the ingredients.
6. Cover the pitcher and let the detox water infuse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for stronger flavor.
7. Serve chilled and enjoy the refreshing goodness of this detoxifying blend! π₯ππ±
