🩷 “Trying to get pregnant? Timing is EVERYTHING!”
The best time to get pregnant is during your fertile window — the few days in your cycle when your body is ready for conception.

For most women with a regular 28-day cycle, ovulation happens around Day 14.
That means your fertile window is roughly from Day 8 to Day 18 — that’s when you should try more often to increase your chances. 💫

But if your cycles are irregular, don’t rely on counting days.
Instead, your doctor may suggest ultrasound follicular monitoring — also called folliculometry — to track exactly when you ovulate.
So remember — it’s not just about trying, it’s about timing ❤️

Yesterday, alongside 80 distinguished national and international experts, we came together to shape the future of this rapidly evolving field.

Heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Sejal Ajmera Ma’am for taking on this mammoth responsibility and leading it with such vision and dedication.

These guidelines will serve as an invaluable resource for practitioners of Cosmetic Gyacross the globe — covering essential aspects such as indications, patient history, counselling, informed consent, treatment protocols, adverse effects, and post-procedure care.

As a doctor, I’m deeply concerned by ads like this. Let’s get one thing straight: obesity is NOT your destiny — it’s largely a lifestyle disease.

Don’t let pharma giants normalize unhealthy weight gain just to sell expensive drugs. This is a dangerous game: first promote obesity, then cash in by treating it.

Yes, these medications have genuine indications, and I am not against their appropriate use. But let’s not ignore the basics — balanced nutrition, regular exercise, good sleep, and stress control — the real, lasting solutions for most people.

Don’t let slick marketing rewrite your health story. Choose prevention over pills whenever you can. Your body (and your wallet) will thank you.

Vat Savitri Puja also known as “Barsait pawain” in Mithila , an Indian festival that primarily depicts the unwavering love and devotion of a wife for her husband.
As exemplified by the legendary story of Savitri and Satyavan - where Savitri rescued her husband, Satyavan, from the god of death, Yama .
This festival emphasizes the strength of marital bonds and prayers for a husband’s longevity and well-being.

The Banyan tree—known as ‘Bargad’ in Hindi and ‘Bor’ in Maithili—is considered immortal in Hindu mythology and is believed to grant the wishes of devoted worshippers. In Maithili, the tree is called Bor, which is also the word for “husband,” making the act of worshipping the Banyan tree on this occasion especially symbolic and meaningful for praying for the long life of one’s husband.

Ageless Elegance Workshop – what a truly fitting name for the cosmetic gynaecology Workshop .

It was an absolute honor to be invited as faculty at the FOGSI Vice Presidential Conference, organized by the Noida Obstetrics & Gynaecology Society.

I had the privilege of speaking on a very relevant topic: Labial Hypertrophy & Asymmetry – the most common indication for Labiaplasty, which remains the most frequently performed Cosmetic Gynaecology surgery.
