Meditation, or dhyana, is a one-pointed state of internal focus which is effortlessly maintained for some time.

The goal of meditation is to experience a state beyond the mind’s levels of thinking, feeling, and analyzing.

To achieve this, we must create a state that is still and one -pointed so that the mind becomes silent.

You have a spouse, you live under the same roof, you share the same bed, and you are still lonely.

You have all experienced it. That loneliness is deep within you; it is related to the deepest level of yourself and not to external things.
