Glossitis - inflammation of tongue.
A patient came with the complaints of burning sensation on her tongue, making it difficult to eat anything - not only the spicy food but the bland food (simply boiled) was also disturbing her. She complained that even drinking the water leads to a stinging sensation in her mouth.

A patient came with complaints of intolerable itching and swelling all over the neck along with severe burning sensation on the skin of the neck.
He said "I just want to scratch it all and put ice on it".
