2)Avoid strict bed rest Avoid activities that exacerbate your back pain and try to rest a little. However, prolonged bed rest is not recommended, as it can lead to muscle stiffness and weakness. Find a balance between rest and gentle movement.

When to seek medical advice: If your back pain persists or worsens, or if it is accompanied by other concerning symptoms like numbness, weakness, or loss of bowel or bladder control, consult a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

Migraine is not a predictable disorder for all people.
Lifestyle changes affects the severity and frequency of attacks that can be a large part of successful migraine prevention.
Simple things can lead to a severe migraine attack.

It is unrealistic to expect anyone to completely change a certain lifestyle. However, certain things are relatively easy to do. For example:

*Sleep- Maintain regular sleep patterns. Go to sleep and wake up at the same time each day

*Exercise regularly- Aerobic exercise for at least 30 minutes three times a week will help reduce frequency or severity of migraine.

*Eat regular meals, do not skip meals, and eat a good, healthy breakfast.

*Reduce stress. Limit stress by avoiding conflicts and resolving disputes calmly. Meditation and therapy are useful tools in this area.

-Starting medication whenever necessary
- Rule out other causes of headache
- Provide information about non-surgical modalities for treatment such as botox

High heels can increase pressure on the front part of your foot and even on your toes.
ItтАЩs best to limit or completely avoid wearing shoes like stilettos and other types of high heels.
Even pumps and shoes with a slightly elevated heel can cause damage to your joints.

Do you wear shoes with 1.5 inch heel?
They can still put strain on your feet.
