भारत में चाय के शौकीन बहुत से लोग हैं. गली-चौक-चौराहों में लोग चाय का आनंद लेते दिख ही जाते हैं।
पर चाय पीते समय इन चार बातों का ध्यान जरूर दें
१)खाली पेट चाय पीने से हमारी भूख खत्म हो जाती है और हमें घंटों खाने की इच्छा नहीं होती. इसकी वजह से पेट मे गैस बनने की परेशानी शुरू हो जाती है. इस वजह से पेट में एसिडिजी की समस्‍या शुरू हो जाती है. इसलिए सुबह खाली पेट चाय या कॉफी पीने से बचना चाहिए.

२)चीनी आपक‌‌ॊ हृदय रोग हो सकता है, यह कोलेस्ट्रॉल बढ़ाती है, इससे अल्जाइमर रोग, डायबिटीज का जोखिम बढ़ सकता है। यह आपकी भूख मार देती है, इससे फैटी लीवर डिजीज का खतरा होता है।

३)कैल्शियम और आयरन की गोली चाय के साथ ना लें
चाय में मौजूद टैनिन और ऑक्सलेट इन गोलियों का सही अवशोषण नही होने देते

४)दिन में दो से तीन कप ही चाय पिएं इससे अधिक मात्रा में चाय पीने से शरीर को हानि होती है। नींद में बाधा पड़ती है ,सही तरह से भूख नहीं लगती है जिसकी वजह से शरीर के अंगों पर बुरा असर होता है।

2)Avoid strict bed rest Avoid activities that exacerbate your back pain and try to rest a little. However, prolonged bed rest is not recommended, as it can lead to muscle stiffness and weakness. Find a balance between rest and gentle movement.

When to seek medical advice: If your back pain persists or worsens, or if it is accompanied by other concerning symptoms like numbness, weakness, or loss of bowel or bladder control, consult a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

Migraine is not a predictable disorder for all people.
Lifestyle changes affects the severity and frequency of attacks that can be a large part of successful migraine prevention.
Simple things can lead to a severe migraine attack.

It is unrealistic to expect anyone to completely change a certain lifestyle. However, certain things are relatively easy to do. For example:

*Sleep- Maintain regular sleep patterns. Go to sleep and wake up at the same time each day

*Exercise regularly- Aerobic exercise for at least 30 minutes three times a week will help reduce frequency or severity of migraine.

*Eat regular meals, do not skip meals, and eat a good, healthy breakfast.

*Reduce stress. Limit stress by avoiding conflicts and resolving disputes calmly. Meditation and therapy are useful tools in this area.

-Starting medication whenever necessary
- Rule out other causes of headache
