✨ Expressive Arts Therapy for Teenagers – Day 2 ✨

Care India Welfare Trust, in collaboration with Students For Liberty, successfully conducted Day 2 of the Expressive Arts Therapy Workshops for teenagers at our Kirti Nagar centre.

The second day focused on deeper emotional expression, creative exploration, and interactive art-based activities that helped teenagers enhance self-awareness, emotional strength, and mental well-being.

These sessions continue to provide a safe and supportive space where young minds can express themselves freely and grow with confidence.
We are grateful for this meaningful collaboration and look forward to creating a lasting positive impact.

🌸 Bloom Care-Flow Mission | Dignity, Health & Awareness 🌸

We successfully organised the Bloom Care-Flow Mission, focusing on menstrual hygiene awareness and the distribution of sanitary pads among girls and women.

This initiative aimed to break taboos, spread correct information, and ensure access to safe menstrual products — because menstrual health is a basic right, not a privilege.

Through awareness and care, we are empowering women to live with confidence, dignity, and good health.
