Delhi Users' Network - A unified voice of People who Use Drugs in Delhi NCR We are a group of committed individuals who joined hands with the sole intention to advocate for the

We, as DUN members believe that mobilization of people who use or have used drugs can bring about a positive change in the public mindset about drug user(s). DUN affirms that while championing our rights, we give equal importance to our responsibilities. We continue to challenge stigma, discrimination and criminalization of PUD and work for the overall empowerment in terms of i) Health for All, ii) Treatment for All and iii) Human Rights of PUD are respected. We believe that PUD needs to be supported and empowered in leading a better quality of life and are not punished by the punitive laws and policies, have better access to health and human rights services and are treated with respect and dignity. We strive to bring about positive changes in the lives of PUD by amplifying their voices and making effective and meaningful representation and participation as a state-level network in important policy and programming venues at district, state, national, regional and international fora.
