ONE STEP TOWARD HEALTH AND EVERYTHING ELSE FALLS INTO PLACE!

Vishal, a 24-year-old professional focused on building his career, found himself struggling with persistent acidity and gastric issues. Weekly dependence on antacids became routine, as he tried to manage his discomfort.

This ongoing health challenge started to interfere with his personal and professional life. FROM THYROID STRUGGLES TO EMPOWERED LIVING!

Parul, an IT professional, found herself facing health challenges as her thyroid levels increased. Despite taking medication prescribed by her doctor, she struggled to lose weight. Severe gastric issues constantly troubled her and she often relied on medication to manage the discomfort.

On top of that, she experienced painful leg cramps that robbed her of restful sleep. To make matters worse, a blood test revealed that her lipid profile was out of range, further adding to her concerns.

Determined to take control of her health, Parul reached out to the WQ Community. With the guidance of her coach, she embarked on a transformative wellness journey. Through consistent dietary and lifestyle changes, Parul’s hard work began to pay off. Over the course of 8 months, she lost 8 kg and her thyroid levels balanced, with her TSH improving from 5.8 to 3.2. Her doctor was even able to reduce her medication from 150 mcg to 100 mcg.

Her triglycerides reduced from 178 to 100 and her liver health parameters are within a healthy range. She no longer suffers from the gastric issues, severe cravings, leg cramps and mood swings that once plagued her.

Now, Parul enjoys quality time with her daughter, feeling proud of the incredible progress she’s made in restoring her health.

LIFE IS JUST STARTING AT 58!

Madhulata had been struggling with her weight for many years. Alongside obesity, she was diagnosed with a range of health issues - diabetes, thyroid problems, high cholesterol and digestive issues.

Despite being on medications for diabetes and thyroid, losing weight and improving her health felt nearly impossible. To add to her challenges, severe knee pain made it difficult for her to walk even 200 meters without discomfort.

Her son, witnessing some inspiring transformations within their social circle, took action. He connected with a wellness coach from the WQ Community and enrolled Madhulata in a health program. With the guidance of her coach and a carefully tailored plan, Madhulata regained her energy.

After five months of dedication, Madhulata lost 20 kg! But that wasn’t all. Her knee pain significantly reduced and now she can walk 1.5 to 2 km daily without any discomfort. Her digestive issues have improved and she no longer suffers from constipation.

Madhulata’s HbA1c levels dropped from 7.5 to 6 and now she is no longer taking diabetes medicines. Her thyroid levels improved as well, with her TSH reducing from 1.12 on 175 mcg to 0.25 with a lowered dosage of 100 mcg. Additionally her BP medication came down from twice a day to once a day and cholesterol dropped from 185 to 134.

Madhulata is deeply grateful to her son and the WQ Community for their unwavering support.

FROM PREDIABETES TO PEAK WELLNESS!

Vishnu's anxiety spiked after seeing his blood test results — his HbA1c was 6.3, marking him as prediabetic, a condition he had always feared. Along with this, his cholesterol, triglycerides and vitamin D levels were also far from healthy. The weight of these concerns left him feeling overwhelmed.

That’s when Vishnu reached out to an old college friend, who was a wellness coach in the WQ Community. With his friend’s guidance, Vishnu embarked on a health transformation journey, making key lifestyle changes, even down to switching his cooking utensils for better health.

Over six months, his dedication paid off. He came out of his prediabetes, bringing his HbA1c down to a healthy 5.3. His cholesterol dropped from 261 to 166, triglycerides from 162 to 93, LDL from 171 to 85 and his vitamin D levels improved from 11.66 to 39.47.

Vishnu now feels healthier, grateful to his coach and the WQ Community for creating an environment where sustainable lifestyle changes were possible. He’s proud to have achieved his best health through mindful action and perseverance.
