Constipation in pregnancy is common. There are things you can do to keep things moving along and prevent constipation during pregnancy.😇

Follow these TIPS:👇🏻

🥤Drink More Water : Simply drinking enough water each day can help make your bowel movements more frequent and easier to pass.Staying hydrated is important for everyone, particularly in pregnancy.

🥗Eat More Fiber : Fiber is found in natural sources like many fruits and vegetables , these natural sources will help your bowel movements be more regular.

🚴🏻‍♀️Exercise More : Exercise is known for helping to keep your bowels moving regularly. This can be walking around the neighbourhood , or anything that moves your body and gets your heart rate up is good for your overall health in pregnancy and beyond.

🥛Watch Your Calcium Intake : Too much calcium can cause constipation. Keep track of what you eat to see if certain foods (like dairy or gluten) are related to bouts of constipation.

🧃Simple Fixes : Making a few lifestyle changes might help you avoid constipation and might be able to relieve any constipation that you are already experiencing.

✅Constipation is a very common symptom of pregnancy. However, you do not necessarily have to suffer from constipation or irregular, hard bowel movements, and the pain associated with them when you're pregnant.👩🏼‍🍼

Watermelon is an excellent source of vital nutrients, including vitamin A, C, B6, magnesium, and potassium.🍉
Eating watermelon is highly beneficial in the course of pregnancy. Most doctors would suggest having watermelon when you are expecting, as it is full of nutrients.🍉✨

Some amazing benefits of watermelon are :👇🏻

Relieves Heartburn : Pregnant women commonly have digestive issues like heartburn and acidity. Watermelon reduces these difficulties by soothing the food pipe and stomach.

Helps to Prevent Edema : The high water content of watermelon reduces any obstructions in the veins and the muscles and helps prevent edema during pregnancy.

Prevents Dehydration : 92 % of watermelon is water. Therefore, regularly consuming watermelon will prevent dehydration in pregnant women.

Boosts Immunity: Watermelon contains Lycopene that helps in boosting immunity. Also, it is a rich source of vitamin C, which keeps away any illness.

Alleviates Morning Sickness : The effect of morning sickness can be reduced by consuming watermelon regularly.

So have a happy pregnancy🤰🏼diet with a watermelon 🍉 during pregnancy, without worrying about putting on weight.
