How do you know it’s time for labor? 🤰
As the body prepares for delivery, some clear signs may appear. These include regular contractions that become stronger and closer together, lower back pain, pressure in the pelvis, and water breaking.
Unlike false contractions, true labor contractions do not stop with rest and gradually increase in intensity.
If contractions are coming every 5–10 minutes, lasting around 40–60 seconds, it may be time to head to the hospital or contact your doctor.
Knowing the signs of labor can help you stay calm, prepared, and ensure timely medical care for a safe delivery. 💙
