A case came to us.with half of his teeth extracted and rest literlly moving with grade 3 mobility
He went to AIIMS and may clinics..no body told him diagnosis..just removed his disturbing mobile teeth
He came to use 4-5 months..back
It's a case of aggressive periodontitis.
We all specialist in panel.did his few surgeries( bone graftings)..saved his pending teeth with many root canals..made them stable..was today was able to give this smile back to a 21 yr old Lokesh..
