Had the privilege of offering my nutrition expertise at the health camp organised by Apollo hospital 🏨 Delhi today. Met some amazing people, so full of life and determination.
One of them was an 80 year old woman who has been swimming 🏊‍♂️ all her life and still makes it a point to swim every single day. Her energy and passion were truly inspiring.
Days like these remind me why I love ❤️ what I do and make me feel grateful to add a little something back to the society.

One spoon of these dried moringa leaf powder is nutrition power house because-
1- High in Vitamins A, C, K for immunity and health.
2- Rich in calcium and iron crucial for bone and health.
3- Antioxidants like Quercetin and Chlorogenic acid fight oxidative stress and reduce inflammation.
4- It contains niazimicin, which inhibits tumor cell growth.
