🎓Delighted to share my recent learning experience 🎓

The Amity Institute of Applied Sciences Kolkata, Amity University Kolkata conducted a 5-day Faculty Development Program from July 14th to 18th, 2025, focusing on “Emerging Tools and Trends for Food Science and Nutrition.”

The program was enriched with sessions led by eminent speakers from around the world, offering valuable insights into the latest advancements in Food Science and Nutrition.

I’m grateful to the Department of Dietetics and Applied Nutrition for successfully organizing this event, and I look forward to applying these learnings in my practice as an Academician as well as a practising Dietitian & Diabetes Educator to create meaningful health outcomes.

🌟 Excited to share that I was invited as a *Guest Speaker* for the 2nd day of the Orientation Program for B.Sc. Nutrition students at AAFT University, where I delivered an offline expert session on “Nutrition: Transforming Knowledge into Practice” on 12th September 2025.

The session highlighted the scope of nutrition in today’s world, with key discussions on:
✅ The scope and current industry scenario
✅ Bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world application
✅ Busting food fads and trending myths

It was wonderful to witness the enthusiasm and curiosity of the participants, who actively engaged with insightful questions.
Grateful to AAFT University for the opportunity to contribute to such an important conversation in the field of Nutrition .🌿✨
