I started my journey mid August last year. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to loose weight but with Dt. Ashu's guidance I lost more 15 kg(from 83kg to 68kg) in almost 6 months.i enjoyed all the festivals, functions etc. I'm a picky eater and thought I'd all I'd have would be salads and oats but she proved me wrong. The diet was well balanced I had enjoyed all my favourite foods and still lost weight. She was more like a friend who acted as a mentor and motivated me. She helped me to get in a healthy routine.
