The SUPER FOOD-"CURD"💫
Most of you would remember having Dahi-Cheeni before any auspicious event.👩👧👦🕉️
This super food is essential part of Indian diet.🏘️❣
It is vatahara.(pacify Vata)
▶️"विपाक" (Post digestive effect) -अम्ल (Sour)
▶️"वीर्य" (Potency)-उष्ण (Hot)
According to Ayurveda,there are certain rules which should be followed.📝✅
"न नक्तं दधि भुञ्जीत न चाप्यघृतशर्करम् ।
नामुद्गयूषं नाक्षौद्रं नोष्णं नामलकैर्विना" ।।
Consuming it with either sugar,indian gooseberry,lentil soup or avoiding it in night and certain seasons.👍🏾
Milk which is not curdled completely is called Mandak in ayurveda.❌
Use of MANDAK should be avoided as it imbalances all tridoshas (Vata,Pitta,Kapha) of the body.🤒
Consuming it the RIGHT WAY will do you a world of good.🌤️👍
