Papillitis Vs Papilloedema:: Interesting case of young 30 yr old lactating women present with sudden blurring of vision since 1 day..On Exam vision be 6/60 Oct disc s/o b/l blurred margins of disc with CDR obliteration ..MRI brain with orbit contrast suggestive of Optive nerve enhancement ..Increased csf pressure..
Final diagnosis of B/l papillitis done on basis of Prolonged VEP colour vision abnormal and deterioration of vision ..

Rx of anemic retinopathy is to correct blood parameters like hemoglobin hematocrit and platelet disorder .. Complete resolution takes about 2-3 weeks provided parameters r normal
