What is “Hip Dissociation” and why do we do it in the Scooter? 🤔
It’s the ability to move your leg independently of your pelvis and spine.
The Benefit: Many people move their back and hips as one unit, which leads to injury. Pilates teaches you to stabilize your trunk so your limbs can move freely. This improves your gait, your run, and your daily posture.
