Push Movements work on you chest, tricep and anterior shoulder during Concentric Movement when you are pushing against the gravity while your Back (Latissimus Dorsi, Bicep, Traps Rhomboid) they work as an Antagonist Muscle during (Eccentric Movements) towards the gravity) and your core helps to Stabilize your entire movement without good core stability most of the daily essential movements can't be performed.
And here specially when we challenge stability during pushing movement we are not only working on our chest muscle we are technically working on almost overall body.
So, it's very imp that we incorporate some sort of stability related movement into our routine .
